Training and support

After your website is complete, deployed, working and you’re happy with it, we’re still on hand to guide you through any problems you may have or answer any queries. From your initial contact through to the completion of the project we’re with you all the way.

We offer maintenance services and support contracts for any website, big or small. We can also give you a competitive quotation for updates and amendments.

Free technical support

If you have purchased a website and hosting package we will give you a free training session to help get you up and running. Any technical issues that are our responsibility will be handled for free. We are also happy to help set up email accounts that we have provided, and give advice on more general issues relating to the website.

Training

With websites that include content management or an e-commerce platform we can provide additional training beyond the initial setup. This could involve helping you with more advanced tasks or training other members of staff.

Support contracts

Alterations to your website are normally charged at an hourly rate. For regular updates to a website (e.g. for sites that do not include a content management system) we can organise for an on-going monthly support contract.

Maintenance for existing sites

If you would like changes making to an existing website (not one of ours) we are happy to provide a quote. We can offer web design or development add-ons and makeovers on a case-by-case basis.

If you’d like a consultation or a review of your existing site then we can arrange for a professional designer/developer to test the usability, functionality, design and security of your website to help you on your way. Your website health check would include our notes on how your site performs and professional advice on any changes we recommend. Evaluations are performed at our usual hourly rate.
